Luxist on the Town: Nicolas Feuillatte Party
Last night I attended the party for Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. It was the release party for their One Fo(u)r mini bottles of Brut Non-Vintage and Brut Rose although I saw the bottles in stores at the start of this year. The Champagne producer dresses up their little bottles in blue (Brut) and pink (Rose) quarter bottles with a portable strap that you can attach to your wrist. The One Fo(u)r Brut NV is $9.99/bottle and it is $12.99/bottle for the One Fo(u)r Brut Rose. Most people seemed to prefer the Brut but I found the Rose to be more distinctive, sweet but not overly so and with a slighty spicy scent. The Brut was a bit blah but still tasty. The party was at Falcon, a restaurant on Sunset in LA. More pictures after the jump.

The big bottles were not for consumption just for looks....

Friendly bartenders will twist open your bottle if you look helpless for long enough, just don't pound a straw in there and start sipping like a maniac, champagne overfizz will result. Once again, I am a party don't.

Falcon's interior space is very cute except for the low and dark ceilings. The decor is standard Pottery Barn chic, dark leather couches and wood, white leather banquettes, a comfortable haven for the blandly hip.

Some folks prefer pink bottles

Some folks prefer blue bottles

Falcon's covered indoor/outdoor space provides greenery and a place for smokers to frolic

Steal these decorations for your next baby shower.

The best parts of the skimpy gift bag included a pink beachball, bubble pen, and a blue beaded bracelet. My swag is your swag, let me know your best champagne story in the comments and the lametastic swag is yours.
