Bulgari is expanding in all directions. They already have watch, jewelry and handbag lines as well as a burgeoning hotel chain. Now , according to an
Italian news report they plan to produce wine. Paolo Bulgari has purchased the 20-hectare Podere Nuovo vineyard, near the spa town of San Casciano dei Bagni and will have famous Italian winemaker Riccardo Cotarella to help produce a new super Tuscan wine. Bulgari reportedly will spend up to 15 million euros on the project. The vineyard is located next door to the Bulgari family country estate.The new wine will be based on Sangiovese grapes but there is no word on when the Bulgari wine will actually be produced.
