If you take a closer look at this Leather Frame Bag by Celine, you'll see that the top frame is not an ordinary one. Most frame bags just have some sort of reinforcing that is functional, but not decorative, while this one has a lovely, cylindrical bar at the top that has an embossed gold clasp and is accented with gold rings at either end. In addition to the classic styling of the rest of the bag, including the double rolled-leather handles, it really gives the bag a very polished finish.
