We've seen wine servers that keep several bottles chilled and fresh but this is the first time that I have seen specific wine bottles adapted for this use in restaurants. The Big Bottle Wine dispensing system is suitable for both red and white wine and the nine liter bottles are protected by food grade nitrogen to avoid oxidation.
