For the
luxury brands bridal show this weekend at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Mimi So Jewelers teamed up with cake designer Nahid La Patisserie Artistique to create what might be the
most expensive wedding cake ever made. With a price tag of $20 million, the cake is covered in diamonds and will be surrounded by a team of security guards throughout the event. It won't get eaten even after the event is over, as the beweled frosting is not exactly tooth-friendly, but the cake is certainly eye candy!

I used to make wedding cakes myself. Would I charge that much? No. How much of this cake did it actually cost the baker? How much does he charge by the hour? If anyone wants to give money away like that, shoot let me sell you a snarfawastablaster.

i agree with you, drey. What is the point of arguing about some stupid unedible cake anyways. All they are really trying to do is get more business. And Billy you need to stop complaining about your life becuase your not the only one that has had a bad life. I think that that cake is just a cake and hwo really cares how expensve it was. I don't!!

Why is everyone so mad, enjoy the cake as an artwork of Picasso's status, it was made to be looked at and enjoyed not to be eaten anyway so I dont look at that as a cake but an artpiece.
If they want to spend $20 million dollars on it, than that is the price of their happiness, be happy that us more regular people can be happy with a $99 trinket for christmas and our enjoyment doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

"Hey Billy, what's your last name?"
"Gates."

Hey Billy, I too grew up in New York and I hear what you are saying. There is so much criticism as to having a cake worth 20 million, but yet if any of the "mouths" had that kind of money....I am sure they would be the first to flaunt it.
On the personal side, you sound like someone I know, but at any rate I commend you for taking the right path and getting on with your life despite the hand you were dealt. I truly feel you should be applauded and not condemmed for your actions and OPINION. It seems some people have just way too much time of their hands and so go around bashing others for their shortcomings.

The cake is ugly. I can do better than that.
