Women in Wine Event

Wine. women and song? How about just a celebration of the first two. The Borgata in Atlantic City is playing host to the second annual Women in Wine event with Wine Spectator magazine on November 11. The event will feature a couple of female celebrity winemakers Lorraine Bracco and Peggy Fleming as well as a celebrity chef cook-off between Bobby Flay and Masaharu Morimoto and both live and silent auctions. The list of women in wine is growing each year and the event features female winemakers from celebrated wineries such as La Crema, Chalk HIll Estate, The Kluge Estate and Domaine Chandon de Braille. Tickets to attend the event cost $195 per person. There is also a Premium Plus ticket that includes early admission to the event and an exclusive food and wine tasting called lunch Giro d'Italia that will feature a variety of food and wine pairings mean to represent a gustatory tour through Italy.
