La Cucina Alessi

We love the trend for more modern, high-tech kitchens as much as we love Alessi designs, so when the two are combined - let's just say that these are some amazing kitchens. Introduced at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milano in April 2006 , La Cucina Alessi is a collection of four "poetic kitchens," that are perfectly designed to showcase the food that is made in them. The first design is Trasparente (above), a wall-mounted minimalist kitchen.
More designs after the jump.

Agreste is a kitchen where all the appliances are condensed into one island, ideal if you have a kitchen with a lot of windows and don't want to obstruct the view.

Geometrica is another wall-mounted design, but is much larger and looks less "light" than the Trasparente kitchen.

Sinuosa is the final design and resembles a bar, although it curves towards the cook at both ends, not only providing extra work surface, but would serve to separate the kitchen from the rest of the space if used in a large, open room.
