The 2006 collection includes an Akoya cultured pearl bracelet and necklace strung with pink silk thread with a ribbon charm in 18K rose gold and finished with a Mikimoto clasp in 18k rose gold and two Akoya cultured pearl and pink sapphire pins. This is the first time that Mikimoto has used a color other than that of the pearls being strung and the pearls give off a subtle pink hue.
