The dog house is constructed of heavy-duty 1/2 inch birch plywood that is painted a dark blue-gray, and topped with classic New England cedar shake shingles. The walls lean out slightly so that it is wider at the top than at the bottom giving your dog a sense of spaciousness in his new home. It also has cute oddly-shaped windows.
