Boucheron for Vertu Phones

They don't make them like this in the U.S. These crazy and beautiful phones are the Vertu phones created by Boucheron are going on sale in India. The phones feature ornate jeweled snakes, your choice of either a diamond-studded cobra or a python. Other phones in the Vertu Signature Diamond Collection come in gold and diamonds but only the Boucheron phones feature the snakes. The phone on the left is the limited edition Signature Cobra which sells for $350,000 and will only be cast in 8 pieces. I know, I know, it's wasteful, but wouldn't this be the ultimate phone to be carried by an villainess in a superhero movie?

That is so stupid to pay that much for a phone. The damn phone is ugly as ever. The most it'll have is some extra ring tones, camera, camcorder, tv. You would think the phone would get up and walk to and pay a damn bill lol

The "Katrina Victims" have absolutely nothing to do with a stupid ass $350,000 cell phone. The truth of the matter is that if some of those "Katrina Victims" were handed $350,000 in one lump sum, they'd be dead within a week of a drug overdose. There are some people in this world who really couldn't handle or have any responsiblity with that much money. Not sugar coated, but, the truth !

Ugly as it is I would bet that not a penny of the income will go to stop the raging AIDS epidemic in India or to stop the rampant sexc trade of women an girls as young as 10 or to stop the slave villages that support the sleazy mogul that WILL buy this phone. Meanwhile back at the ranch America's job are being sponged up by India. Wake up folks.

This is another stupid way for the rich to flaunt how much money they have to waste on stupid items. I am like the guy who hates cell phones and use mine only for emergencies. Those who have $5000.00 to $350,000 to waste on a cell phone are just saying I have more money than you and flaunting it in the face of everyone else. That kind of money could be used to help so many others. Even the people who make the phones don't get a share of the profits made off of selling such ugly phones.

Well....how much is the phone on the right???Some accurate reporting. Now if you take the gold puh buttons on the phone on the left and put it on the phone on the right...you'd have a coller looing phone..I guess that would be a "custom" luxury phone and would cost more.
Anyway, thanx for this incredible newsworthy item. .
Or course, I'd be an idiot to buy one..even if i had the bucks. I can think of a lot better use of the money. Like buying a gold-plated toilet and matching faucet knobs.

Michele, how do you know it is a "guy" who wrote the comment? Anyway, God Bless "her" for even having a Vertu.

The phone is ugly, if not frankly offensive to view, but it is the right of any individual to purchase whatever it is that makes him or her happy.

You all write about being charitable, but I would bet the farm that most of you would not consider the "needy" if your financial circumstances allowed you to even consider such a purchase.

You all need to get out and interact more with real people and less with your laptops.
