Rosewood Plans Telluride Hotel

The small town of Telluride Colorado is about to get a big resort. The Colorado mountain town will soon be home to a $200-million luxury resort and residence complex . Rosewood Hotels will operate the resort and condominium project on Country Club Drive. The development will be placed next to the championship golf course in Mountain Village, the town that shares the ski mountain with Telluride. The Rosewood Telluride will have 75 resort guest rooms and 65 residences including 2- and 3-bedroom units as well as individual town homes. There will also be a restaurant, spa and fitness center, après-ski bar, a terraced pool and several high-end retail outlets. Groundbreaking is scheduled to take place in early 2007.
