Want a fancy colored diamond with the fancy price? Sundance Diamonds is a company that uses a combination of High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) processing and their own proprietary advances to create the vibrant processed diamonds. Each diamond is analyzed before the process to determine which colors might be created. They can change natural brown and cape diamonds to fancy intense yellow, orange, greenish-yellow, green, pink, and pinkish/purple colors. The Sundance process recreates the high pressure and high temperature conditions that existed naturally within the mantel of the earth during the formation of the diamond.They recently turned a large natural brown diamond into the largest fancy intense color enhanced pink diamond in the world--10.09 carats, The Provo Rose diamond. The Provo Rose is a 58-facet round with VS clarity. Earlier this year they also produced from a brown diamond, the world's largest processed fancy intense yellow diamond, a 20-carat round.
