To Grabarnick that means a glass-bottom pool, Mercedes-Benz 500S house cars and 24-hour concierge service to supply the cigars, impromptu poker parties and tickets to sporting events. The 80-suite condo-hotel will have with nine penthouse suites with rooftop gardens and Roman hot tubs. The Regent is set to open in October.
