Hopefully a Saudi buyer will not buy this. They have a tendency to tear things up.

I'm wondering what's next? Gold plated toilets? With a diamond toilet seat? You've got to be kidding me!
joey Sep 5th 2006 3:25PM
I just got mine and I love it. It has a lot of glare though.
steve Sep 5th 2006 3:24PM
Catering to those with enough money and no comon sense or brains.
Betsy Sep 5th 2006 3:39PM
Are the shows on it any better than those I get on my $199.00 TV?
DM Sep 5th 2006 3:30PM
Actually, they already have gold plated toilets.
And faucets and more.
I think people should be able to spend their money as they wish. Regardless of whether they earned it or inherited it, it's theirs to spend as they wish. And what's to say that they don't donate to charitable causes? They have more to give than I do!
Ann Nicholson Sep 5th 2006 3:35PM
Starving people all over the world and they couldn't think of any better use for these diamonds????
What's WRONG with THIS picture??????
Bill A Sep 5th 2006 5:38PM
Even with this TV, there isn't anything on TV that is worth watching on a $130,000.00 set. Unless you count really good M*A*S*H re-runs. :0)
John Sep 5th 2006 3:39PM
Yes stupid is the word. So what do you do when the TV breaks? Now we have diamonds just sitting around. This is another example of stupid people trying to make a buck from other stupid people who have nothing better to do with thier time or money.
BD Sep 5th 2006 3:40PM
What the H*ll! as if the rich need a diamond studded television.
Mohammed Sep 7th 2006 3:01PM
People can spend their money anyway they want, technically speaking. But what's being shown is just for ego: "I can afford this but you can't."
This is just another example of how materialistic some people are, and status hungry.
Bill Cross Sep 5th 2006 10:34PM
Hoping to see that technology had somehow advanced....only to find that some ego-driven idiot is going to showcase in their living room with a ruby-covered X-Box 360 and a platinum plated DVD recorder!!!
What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!
Walter Kopilow Sep 5th 2006 3:49PM
My five year old television works fine, most of the time; I sure as heck could not affored something like this. However, who are we to tell people how to spend THEIR MONEY!
