Birkenstock by Heidi Klum
Birkenstock is not one of the shoe brands that is usually associated with supermodels, but Heidi Klum collaborated with the German company to come up with a surprisingly stylish line of sandals that are also, like all of the designs from the company, orthopedically correct. The collection features silver and gold leather sandals, strappy lace-ups and a number of shoes that bear a strong resemblance to Converse styles from several years ago. Her collection also includes more traditional designs, like the black and white Napa leather sandals ($275) with rivets and crystals pictured here.

Funny comments. You know, birks have been around for a long time, great quality those Germans make. I've had my pair for over ten years, comfortable yes, stylish, big deal, what's a rhinestone or two or a bunch, we all have our preferences, mine, just plain brown. Besides, it's all about the sandal. For those of you snobs, you are too much. For the 10$ look-a-likes at walmart, you pay for what you get. Besides, who gets their shoes at walmart, now that's disgusting. I wouldn't send walmart shoes to our men & women in Iraq. And those of you complaining about sending shoes to Iraq, put your money where your mouth is, I'd suggest T********d shoes, also great quality, very sturdy and still comfortable (not sandals). Besides, sandals aren't made for combat duty silly, but around town, they are not only comfortable, but as has been stated, "orthopedically correct." (nurses I know wear them daily as do many others who have no claim to being hippies. (Are there any hippies still around? Obviously much more rednecks than hippies.) And I'd pay to see Haidi in a sandal or otherwise. May as well be a Birk.
God Bless America and all of you too!

Birkies are the only shoe to wear!, I wear them every where. I have at least 101 pairs of Birkenstock. Some are pink, green , purple,or animal print. I have 2 different styles that wrap & tie up the leg. Some have sparkles, but most important...my feet don't ache from those "sexy high heels".

THEY CAN PUT THEM ON MY FEET AFTER I'M DEAD, AS I WON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

You all are so mean. Heidi is so sweet. I love whatever she does, she has such a good eye. Don't judge something until you try it on.
