I know of no top barista who doesn't toss out the occasional shot as part of their quality control -- something you really can't automate.<br><br>In the end, that's an awful lot of money for very mediocre, pre-packaged, pre-ground coffee. Who wants to beat their clothes on a rock to wash them as opposed to washing them in a clothes washer.
