GenSelect
While some doctors can help parents-to-be select the gender of their as-yet-unborn child, should they be interested in such a decision, it is an expensive and time-consuming procedure. For those interested in a less involved procedure, GenSelect makes kits that are supposed to help influence the gender of a baby, one for boys and one for girls. The kit claims to be 96% effective in "pre-conception sex selection" and comes with a money back guarantee. It's an interesting concept and, while less creepy than having a doctor actually choose a particular embryo, the FDA-approved product is bound to raise some eyebrows. A 3-month kit will set you back $439.

Guarantee huh?
So if I use your kit to make a boy and end up with a girl, do you take the baby, as well as giving me my money back? ;)

Hey Kittie Taylor! I've heard the exact same thing. My brother and his wife had a boy this way. Very inexpensive and safe. I believe Summer's Eve is the company that has both vinegar (girl) and baking soda (boy) ready-made douches. If it doesn't work, so what. Love what you get.

Give me a break . . . do you really think God's plan is going to be "foiled" by a kit? If someone wants to try it, why not? It's going to be the way it should be either way . . .

Twenty three years ago I bought a little paperback book that was a guide for people regarding "what to do" to increase your odds of getting a boy or a girl...and the odds were pretty good. The "what to do's" included douching with an acidic or basic solution, timing sex, position, etc. And you know...I bet this kit is based on EXACTLYwhat was in that book...just a little bit more sophisticated with everything you need included. I should have come up with the kit MYSELF after reading that book! AND...I followed the directions for getting a boy...and I got my Danny!
