Is this bag fabulous, or is it too over-the top? Something about it gives me the impression that we would be seeing it on the arm of Carrie Bradshaw if Sex and the City was still on the air. The Blumarine Bowling Bag is almost completely covered in shimmering black sequins and, where it isn't, it is trimmed in leather and velvet. The extra-soft leather makes for a very comfortable pair of top handles, which are accented not only with polished silver hardware, but with a crystal-encrusted "B" logo charm. There are also crystal accents on the bag's top flap closure. Looking inside, the bag has a satin textile lining with several pockets in which to stow your non-sparkling gear, such as a wallet, cellphone and car keys, where they won't detract from the bag's outward sheen.
