Lucky Dice

Are you feeling lucky? A new pair of dice might just help to turn your fortunes around. This set from Barney's is sure to be lucky. They are standard-sized black dice, each embedded with twenty-one Swarovski crystals to indicate the numbers. If nothing else, they will certainly look glamorous on the playing table and will put a sparkle in your eye as the roll across the board. They come in a black leather case. Price: $92.

While the dice are visually arresting, I note from the photograph that the crystal pips aren't flush with the surface of the die face -- this may influence the roll away from the perfect 1/6 probability. The wieght of the crystals may also play a factor. These are gorgeous items, but they probably aren't appropriate for serious play.
