Snakes on a Piece of Jewelry
You've probably heard of the blogosphere buzz surrounding Snakes on a Plane. Snakes, Samuel L. Jackson, a plane, what's not to like? It turns out that there is now jewelry for the truly snake-obsessed. Shop Intuition is selling gold and silver necklaces that feature, what else, snakes on a plane. For the gold version with a diamond-covered snake you have to be willing to make a long term investment, it sells for $3,900. We've also seen a Pirates of the Caribbean ring, what's next, the Lady In The Water swimsuit?[via Defamer]

Throw it in the drawer with the mud-flap girl necklace, and the diamond horseshoe necklace, and the diamond circle pendant, and the diamond Targét Couture necklace... and every other overpriced trinkety piece of garbaggio that every aspiring trashionista thinks will improve her life...
Good find, Deidre! Lady In The Water floaty water wings, maybe?

that's not even the movie's official logo, which has TWO snakes wrapped around the plane (it's a spinoff for the international symbol for "medicine")

LOVE SAM JACKSON, BUT THIS IS ONE FILM I WILL NOT BE VIEWING..THESE TYPES OF FILMS ARE(for me) SO UN-APPEALING ;0(
AND THE JEWELRY IS LAUGHABLE >
BETWEEN THE 14/18 kt GOLD, BEES, BUTTERFLIES, SNAKES, FROGS, PIGS, COWS, DUCKS ETC.ETC. I DON'T KNOW WHICH IS WORST....
IMO.... THIS TYPE OF JEWELRY SHOULD BE MADE AS COSTUME JEWELRY FOR CHILDREN.... NOT AS EXPENSIVE GOLD JEWELRY FOR ADULTS, EVEN IF IT'S STUDDED IN PAVE DIAMONDS, IT'S STUPID LOOKING . HEY , I GUESS DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT APPLIES HERE LOL

I don't know that I'd pay that much for a promotional type piece of jewelry, but...it'd make a great keychain, lol, I'd totally pay a few dollars for that, lol.
as for the movie, sounds like it'll be fun to watch, and, heck, sam jackson is pretty much good in anything--I even liked him in unbreakable, lol

Wow, that's quite an expensive way to show true, dedicated obsession. I wouldn't pay that much for anything "Snakes On A Plane." But I don't know, I think I'd be the first to buy it if it was only like 20 bucks. And had the proper logo. (Where's the other snake? There's supposed to be TWO!)
Anyway, for all of you guys who are "knocking it without even trying it," knock it off! I know it's a bit campy, but c'mon. Don't like it? Don't see it. But don't rain on everybody else's parade.
I think a lot of people are going to see and like this movie. Probably the same people who lined up to see Saw. Or Hostel. Or even Final Destination. Seeing bad things happen to good people in funny situations? Now that's entertainment.
