Ashlee Simpson's House for Sale

Ashlee Simpson has just put her Encino home on the market, deciding to leave the hills for the beach. The house is located on one acre of land in the Royal Oaks gated community off Mullholland Drive. It has 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 9,000-sq feet or total living space, including Ashlee's favorite feature: a 1,300-sq. ft closet off the master suite. It has great views, a pool and lots of marble patio space. According to Simpson, you can see her parents' house from the estate, so celeb spotting is a fringe benefit of the property. The house is listed by Sotheby's and the asking price is just under $6 million.

She never did anything but ride on her famous sister's coat tails and lip sync at THAT! And she can afford THIS HOUSE??? What the hell is WRONG with this picture!!??

Come on now, of course she can afford this house. She didn't pay 6 million for it. In fact, house prices skyrocketed the last couple of years. She probably paid 3 million for it. And if she build it, even less. She can easily pay a mortgage of 20k a month. 240k a year.

ashlee's house is absolutely goregous. I am happy shes so successful because she is my favorite singer and that her living was not made by jessica's fame. I'd like to see those who criticize her sing,act and dance the way she does

i think that this house is beautiful and ashlee simpson DOES NOT lip sing! she was sick that one time and it wasnt her fault. she didnt want to lip sing but it was either that or dont sing or sing and sound like crap because she was sick! i loe ashlee simpsons music. and jessicas and i think that the reason why she is wanting to look like jessica, or is trying to is because that is her older sister and a lot of sisters are REALLY close and they want to look a like or something. but i love this house. its big and beautiful. i wish i could have this house. how much is it? and i also think that everybody needs to LAY OFF ashlee's back! im sure you would do what she had to do when she was sick! ashlee can sing really good just like her sister jessica and i think they are very VERY talented. and anybody who thinks different, tehn you obviously dont know talent. keep on rocking ashlee and jessica! i love you guys! oh and do either of you have an xanga or myspace? if not, then there are a lot of posers trying to be ya and saying that they are really you. and if so, tell me what teh sites are please!
