This house located on Hideaway Beach in Marco Island, Island is nothing short of confectionary. It sits near the beach like a giant tiered cake. "Jump" is journalism talk for where the separation between pages begins...like in your newspaper where it says "continued on page A-26" or what ever...
The term is also applicable to this venue as well.
Simply put...it is the continuation, so that no one thinks the posting by Ms. Woollard ends on the main page.

Hate to say it, but that house looks cold and impersonal. Should have spent about $9 Mil less and got something cozier on the same patch of sand. The views are incredible, though.
