Barbarella Sofa
Even though furry accessories are usually more popular during the chilly winter months, the Barbarella sofa looks as though sitting in it would be the equivalent of getting a hug from a teddy bear. They plush sofa is completely upholstered in natural sheepskin, which is available long or short, and could not be softer. It is a low rise couch, so it's great for lounging and watching TV. It is available as a single, double or triple seater and in a loveseat size. The matching ottoman is sold separately. The triple seater, pictured, is $16,348.

If you want a part teddy bear part sofa chair, just go to IKEA's children's department. They have the PS BRUM children's armchair for $49. lol For over $16,000, this Barbarella sofa had better come with it's 60's namesake!

It's intriguing... I give it that much. I work in vet medicine, though, and have clients come in all the time complaining about the dog peeing on their $400 couch... I hate to think what might happen if Fluffy had his way with this 16k thing!

$16 grand for a couch....hmmm, lemme get this straight...It doesn't do dishes, windows or even clean itself or drive you anywhere but you're expected to hand out almost the equivalent to 1 semester's tuition for college?!?!? A little outrageous, if you ask me. Those that can afford this, have too much money and time on their hands & don't know what to do with it....and those that can't, truly don't need this extravagence! Unbelievable!!!

I see alot of comments about this sofa getting dirty...I doubt if one is able to afford a 16,000.00 sofa if they are really worried about the cleaning cost of it.
