Around Christmas we reported that the
adorable puggle was the "it" dog. Now the esteemed William Norwich over at
Vogue lets us know that the au courant dog of choice is the
Dandie Dinmont Terrier. This adorable terrier is known for being docile and affectionate. They are available with salt and pepper or mustard-colored coats and generally weigh 18 to 24 lbs. What makes this dog so hot? Well, for one thing, you'd have an easier time getting a Birkin bag than picking up a Dandie. For another, while the Dandie Dinmont is well known in the United States it is very popular in Europe. And there's always the cute factor.
