Last time I looked
Ivana Trump's real estate projects were in trouble. Her tower in Las Vegas was scrapped and Great Barrier Reef development was said to be in danger. But proving she's still a Trump in spirit at least, Ivana is trying again. Her latest project is La Residence by Ivana Trump, a 27-story tower in Beirut. Trump is working with
DAMAC Properties to create the tower of one, two, and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses with views of the Mediterranean Sea. Amenities include marble and wooden flooring, a children's play area, smart home technology, swimming pool, an exotic sauna and Jacuzzi, gym, several restaurants and 24 hours concierge service.

Nice to see that Ivana (with her previous failed projects) is teaming up with what is perhaps the worst real estate developer (if their record in Dubai is anything to go by) in the world!!!
Cannot wait to see this one either spectacularly either fall through or become just another crappy "promise-everything-deliver-nothing" project that seems to have become a trademark for DAMAC. They should never really have left the catering industry.

Good looking building. We will see if Ivanna can pull it off this time.

Wow!
I love how fast this site is updated!
I went by it today morning, coming back from AUB. They put the sign up less then 24 hours ago...
I'm trying to get my dad to buy me an appartment there. I want to move out of my penthouse! I want a sea view!
I've had enough of the old Beirut's rooftops...
It does seem a bit tacky, but if the amenities pull it up then I'll put up with a bit of extra bling.
I wonder if it will have a marina access.

Dear Ivana,
The project looks amazing! As a person who develops hotel projects in many different markets, I would like to know if I can be useful with my professional skills to be part of your team.
