Sennheiser makes very high quality (audiophile grade)audio products that beat Bose hands down, in both audio quality and value. I have been into audio equipment for quite a few years now, and Bose tends to have an overblown reputation for 'cutting edge' products, when in fact they are mediocre at best. As an example, my Definitive Technology speakers (2004TL's) are far and away better sounding, looking, and better performing than any speaker Bose has ever released, AND they cost less. Be wary of the built up reputation that Bose has developed, you are paying for the name, rather than the craftsmanship or the audio quality that they produce.

Gabe
