"Wagyu" is actually translated from Japanese meaning Japanese cow.  Wagyu is a registered breed of cattle predisposed to higher fat marbling and superior flavor, "Kobe" is a designation for the Wagyu born in Kobe Japan.  This burger sounds ok, but way overpriced.  I can get a good American Kobe, Wagyu cattle raised in US, very good, for about $15 here in Houston.  Last week in Vegas I had the best burger though, at Burger Bar in Mandalay called the Rossini, it's American Kobe patty, rare of course, topped with seared Foie Gras and about 3 ounces of shaved black truffles, it was absolutely amazing, for $60.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Bradley]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jun 23rd 2006 4:20PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
