This gorgeous home on a private island is a perfect argument for never leaving home. Why not? Everything is here. The home can be reached by a float plane or ferry ride and is two hours from Seattle. The 20-plus-acre gated waterfront estate has a sandy beach, pool, tennis court, private trail and two ponds. The lodge home was built in 2001 and there are seven bedrooms total. The home was created with an eye toward entertaining and has two kitchens, multiple terraces, patios and decks. The home is around 11,000 square feet but the overall feel of the home is more homey than monumental. It is listed at $7.5 million.
