Las Vegas condo development seems to be divided into two distinct types, the skyscraper, Strip-adjacent co-tels and the lower, more community-centered buildings.
Vantage Lofts combine a bit of both worlds. The are located in
downtown nearby Henderson rather than on the Strip but feature some of the amenities usually seen in the Strip projects. The lofts have high glass walls and high-end amenities such as Crestron automation systems, Blum hardware, and plumbing fixtures by Duravit and Hansgrohe and under counter wine coolers by Viking. The development consists of one- and two-bedroom flats and two-story lofts ranging from 1,000 square feet to 2,800 square feet, priced from $400,000s to $2.5 million. The development also has a clubhouse with two swimming pools.

This development is in Henderson, which is near Las Vegas. It is NOT in downtown Las Vegas. The thing that amazes me is how expensive it is for being so far from the strip: at the high end about $1000 a sq ft!

Vantage lofts is located closer to Green Valley in Henderson, here you can view floor plans for Vantage Lofts. The loft complex close to downtown is Parkline Lofts. They are more reasonably priced that Vantage, although Vantage has nicer amenities.
