Homes like these are in a market all their own. They can sell in the first month, or within three years time, and the buyers typically own three or four homes, and aren't dependent upon the economy being good to buy.

Also, just want to clarify, this is Hulk Hogan's Belleair, Fla. home on the market. He just bought one in Miami for $12 million, and he's moving there, if he hasn't already. Kudos to Marcia Ellis for getting the listing of this fabulous home. To the individual who suggested that the Florida real estate market is "slow" she has obviously failed to notice the rampant overspeculation and unrelenting property development that has plagued many parts of the state. In Orlando, for example, prices for a crappy one bedroom "condo" can easily surpass the $100,000 mark.
