The good thing about buying a house that has been featured in a reality show is that you get to see how the house looks when it is lived in. This can also be a bad thing. Wrestler Hulk Hogan's Belleair, Florida home which was featured in "Hogan Knows Best"
is now on the market. The five-bedroom home which has been home to Hulk, his wife and their children as well as quite a few pets, is listed at $25 million.
You can see the listing here. It's a lovely home with a French Country feel and an excellent location on the water. Interior shots after the jump.

I think they featured this house in that realty show to add some value to this property :) They are a little late... Real Estate Market is pretty slow in FL ...

Mabelle,
Homes like these are in a market all their own. They can sell in the first month, or within three years time, and the buyers typically own three or four homes, and aren't dependent upon the economy being good to buy.
Also, just want to clarify, this is Hulk Hogan's Belleair, Fla. home on the market. He just bought one in Miami for $12 million, and he's moving there, if he hasn't already. Kudos to Marcia Ellis for getting the listing of this fabulous home. This estate home is absolutely gorgeous!!!

Wonder what the insurance, maintenance and utilities are per year on this waterfront property?? $1 mill? No wonder the Hulk has to put his daughter to work.

Hmm.....not the smartest thing listing where his new home is located. If he was truly smart he'd boot out
his spoiled and whiney kids. The boy is a smartass and
the girl while halfway good looking has about as much talent as a bucket of chicken bones.
Terry Bollea seems to be a nice guy but Holy Fuck...just
how blind can he be to his living enviroment? I put them
all out....divorce his bleach blond wife and start over.

After seeing the current reality show that was filmed in this "25 Million Dollar Home" , I am curious as to where the family plans to move in Miami for 12 Million Dollars. The Miami Beach Continum II condomninum has units that sell for upwards of 30 Million dollars due to the fact that miami beach deed restrictions no longer allow buildings (pre continum II ) to build above the current art-deco historical buildings. The continum II is the only new "Highrise" apartmen building that is left on Miami beach. I cannot imagine where this new 12 million dollar home that they are moving too that is "on Miami Beach", maby they are moving to star or tahiti beach island.". Maby they mean their new "home" is actually an apartment on Miami beach.

First off I would like to say good luck selling this home for 25 million. Second I am very curious where they are moving in "miami" for 12 million dollars. If they are moving to the beach the only "New" beach development is the continum II which is the last highrise to be constructed on Miami beach due to the new deed restrictions that now will now only allow you to build above 12 stories to help "Miami beach" conserve their Art deco appearance. The Continum II and the new W Hotel Residences are the last to be built above the art deco line. Whic streach to assume that they live in "Miami."h leads me to believe that they are moving into an apartment on miami beach.(I.E. they are moving into the continum II or the W residences) or they have found unused land on "Star or Tahiti Beach island which is a streach to believe that they live on "Miami beach." My best guess is that they purchased an apartment in the Setai tower.

I must sincerely say that it comes to a major shock to me a lifelong Florida person, that Mr. Bollea and family are leaving the Belleair area. Many a nite he has put myself and my family up in his guest house. What a beautiful property and so well maintained. It is nothing like what is conveyed on television. Another life-long Fla. person is just a "tiny" bit more upset in this matter. He has had much of a better relationship with the Hogan family and for many more years. Hulk, Linda, and family, you will be sorely missed. God Speed!

That family is wonderful! they are great parents and i only wish to be as good as they are when my kids are older. His kids are smart and alot more respectful than most kids these days.
good luck to all of them!!

The one thing I always go when I'm in clearwater (im from ny) is down the hulkster street for the veiw and the country harvest resturant hoping to meet him.

In reference to Mabelle Sese's comment (#1 on list)- their not late selling their house. Brooke Hogan, an uprising singing star signed a record contract and the family moved to be closer to the recording studio. Also, the comment about putting the house in the reality show just to add value to it- newsflash- the family didn't know they would be moving when they first started the show.

I think Terry's Bollea's/ Hulk Hogan's home is excellent. He has had me over to visit on several occasions and they keep the home in phenomenal condition. I wish I had an extra 25 million or so laying around or could afford the payment. The person who buys this estate is very blessed and will surely enjoy an incredible property.

I think their home is fabulous in all categories. For those who are using this site to personally attack this loving family, I say, grow up and get a life. 'That Guy'--you are obviously jealous of this loving family and the success they have. Happiness must come from within and you obviously are quite desperate and miserable. Good luck to you.

actually, I live in Clearwater, FL (right by bel-air, fl where hulk's home is located). It's funny because in the last year and a half or so Hulk has become a much bigger deal than he has ever been. It is no big deal around here to see him out or at the beach. Brooke looks MUCH much older in person, she appears to be atleast 30. On Halloween, they open their home every year and have a catering. All though they don't let people inside the home, they let them go anywhere outside. The house is fabulous, he lives right next to the owner of dimmit Chevy- not sure if he sold the house though. Hogan bought the house for 5 million
TJ Jul 25th 2006 6:23PM
The Hogans did indeed purchase a newly-built home near South Beach. Though not on the beach itself, the house is located on an inlet giving them access to boating. It is built in quite a different style than their French Provincial Clearwater residence and will likely be featured prominately in Season 3 of their show. I believe that the house was listed for around 12 million, but if Terry and family ever decide to sell it, they will likey make a respectible profit.
To the individual who suggested that the Florida real estate market is "slow" she has obviously failed to notice the rampant overspeculation and unrelenting property development that has plagued many parts of the state. In Orlando, for example, prices for a crappy one bedroom "condo" can easily surpass the $100,000 mark. That's an awful big chunk of chance for a piece of building that, just months before, had likey been home two a few graduating college students.

It's odd that people are so up in arms about the cost of Terry Bollea's home. Some knucklehead is yapping about Terry only paying $5 million for the home and now it's 25 million. If you put a pen and paper to it and realize that the purchase was 14 years ago, then you would come to realize that it is an appreciation average of 12% annually. Terry Bollea may be a pro wrestler but he's a smart bussiness man. He's also a good family man. You never see him on the news for drunk driving, drugs, domestic abuse, beating his kids,
or any strange scams. The worst thing that has been said is that he took steroids in the past. Look at today's athletes and people are on all sorts of testosterone, steroids, human growth hormone etc.
Anyway, Terry, you're the man.
