Cor Soap
$115 for a bar of soap? This simple little bar of soap commands the big bucks because of its ingredients. The Cor soap contains silver and four kinds of collagen including marine collagen from France (what is it about things from the sea them so pricey in skin care?) The soap is supposed to increase elasticity and prevent wrinkles as well as even skin tone and balance oil secretions.[via Book of Joe]

Cor Soap; hmmm, maybe that is why the wealthy got a big tax break. To be certain that your heirs can afford the stuff maybe the Estate tax should be done away with.

I'm sure it's lovely, but too expensive for this gal's income. I live below my means now, so I doubt that I'd buy this soap even if I could easily afford the luxury.

Is it better than that soap from Fight Club?

I too thought it was price but I was desperate with acne, oliy skin, etc.
The bar I got 3 month ago is still 75% new.
(they told me it will last about 6 to 8 month.) Very first time I used it .... whao! I will never use anything else again, they have a customer for life. only problem I have is that my family keep stealing it.

I actually use this soap as well, and have been for the past few months and its incredible. I’m 20 and have problem skin that seemed to be getting worse recently from stress and travel. Anyway I had heard of this soap and tried a sample size (which is great b/c it is inexpensive to try) and within days I noticed a difference. My skin cleared up very quickly and it actually glows. I am now receiving compliments on my skin for the first time in my life and no longer wear any foundation, concealer, or powder- which for me is a pretty big deal! Its simple and has taken all energy out of my skincare regime. I was hesitant about buying the big bar at first, but personally think it is well worth the money. Two months later, using it three times a day every day, the bar is still huge and promising months of use. I have also stopped buying the exfoliant, foaming cleanser, toner, mask and dermatologist prescribed duac and retin-a, all of which I used to use as part of my skincare regime. I only purchase a moisturizer now, so for me price wise this actually makes a lot of sense. Though all the products I used to use were certainly far less expensive on their own, they added up to far more. So anyway, as they say, don’t knock it until you try it. I'm with jin on this one.

I love COR soap. It is not inexpensive but the reasons are just: it lasts a long time and is multifuncional. It has cleared up acne on my face and body ( HUGE plus) and is making the skin on my face much more even toned/textured. I have small bumps on the back of my arms...these have been smoothed out. My sister uses the product too. She swears by it and finds that when she uses it as a body soap during warm weather -- she doesn't need to use deoderant. REALLY this is a fabulous product. Even if you can't swallow the price... go for the trial size which is only 10.00. Healthy and good looking skin is worth the price, and this is cutting your skin mantainence regime down to few products. It makes sense and cents. Don't be cheap with you skin.

It's not expensive for crying out loud! If you have problem skin just calculate how much you spend on products in the span of 6 months. $115 total translates to $19 dollars a month for Cor. A ridiculously small price to pay for gorgeous, easy to maintain, problem free skin. I HAD acne. Had. My skin hasn't looked this good since I was 10. In all seriousness, try a sample. I doubt you'll be disappointed.
