Inflatable Outdoor Home Theater
There is a certain point at which a screen can become too large for most rooms inside the house, but it is hard to admit that a TV can ever be too big. Even if the TV fits easily into the space, you might not be able to get far enough away to actually view it comfortably. The solution is to take your TV outside, and the Outdoor Home Theater looks like a pretty good system to try. The weatherproof 8-foot screen inflates with an air pump in only 4 minutes, so unlike other projection screens, it doesn't need to be permanently set up in the yard. Two "weatherized" speakers, safe for outdoor use, are included with the screen and can be placed to create a surround-sound effect.
Unfortunately, this doesn't ship until mid-July, so you won't be able to get it in time for a 4th of July party, but it will make watching movies (or baseball games) on warm summer nights a lot more enjoyable. Price: $999.95.

I just Bought a 2007 Kodiak Travel Traler rv. And I was looking for a out door kind of Proj/screen However I dont think I need the big blow up protector around the screen personaly. This Item is something the rich would buy just to have something different. Bottom line.
But I must confess Everyone buys something they didnt need sometime or another. I just bought the cooler scooter and the travel trailer the seat payed 700 hundred. DID I need it,(NO) Was I feeling Vulnerable that particular day in front of the computer. SO I BOUGHT IT. CHEERS SHELLY G

Sounds great, but have any of you ever tried to use a projector in a room with even low level lighting? If you have, you know that it results in a sub-par picture. The optimum situation for a projector is near pitch black conditions and if you live anywhere near a city, there are far too many lights around in order to achieve adequate performance. All in all, it sounds like a huge waste of money...

If someone could only come up with an inflatable house to go with it. or for that matter an inflatable car, then we would be on to something.

Lets see 900 bucks sounds like a deal to me. . The only problem is you wont be able to view it during the day. I own a home Theatre and the projetor alone was 12000 the screen another 2000 the stereo system and speakers and 10000 grand. It has to be completely dark to view it.

$1000?? That's hilarious. I had a 1500 (30' x 50') square ft. screen built and it only cost about $3500. Of course I had to buy a very expensive projector, but it's a small price to pay for the biggest screen in the city!! For those of you who are having trouble visualizing, 1500 square feet is much larger than the screens you see at movie theaters. It's also funny how they're watching it in the daytime. My advice to people is think big an get creative!
