Yes the Boston YOOD4 building may not be selling out at neck-breaking speed...but to put down a world famous residential design developer...we hardly can agree with that.  Starck's work...and for that matter Urbanica's is great.  YOOD4 will do just fine here in Boston...as Starck?s Parris Landing has broken sales records for its 300+ units sold in the past 18 months.  YOOD4 just needs to be marketed to the right audience.  Our opinion - buyers who appreciate this type of lavish product will find YOOD4 to be an extreme value!]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[condoDomain.com]]></dc:creator><pubDate>May 11th 2006 4:06PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
