Hollywood Fantasy Experience
The Hollywood Fantasy Experience allows you to live and feel like a celebrity for a few days, without actually having to work to get there. While you ponder how much some "celebrities" actually "work," let's take a look at what is offered in the package. The experience takes place over one long weekend in mid-October. You will be picked up and chauffeured in a fully-stocked limousine and stay in a superior room at the Beverly Hills Hotel, rooms which normally start at $410 per night. After a cocktail party and an exclusive dinner at a Hollywood mansion, there will be a special, private screening of a movie. And that's only the first night!
The second day, Friday, will provide a Rodeo Drive shopping spree, meetings with star stylists/trainers/aestheticians and a Celebrity Charity Poker Tournament. If you're not too tired out from living it up, Saturday morning gives you a chance to work by taking a screen test at Paramount Studios, where you'll get a DVD of your performance. At night, you'll not only walk the red carpet to the Lili Claire Foundation Charity Gala, hosted by Matthew Perry, but you will be seated at a table with real celebrities. Sunday morning will bring brunch and a chauffeured departure.
The cost? $20,000. The memories? Priceless.

So, the men don't pay for art? That is what some piece of shit Iowa Bitch told me on August 12, 1981, the same night that "they" planned the Tylenol Murders. For what it is worth, I was under duress.

What a joke!

This is awesome!!! A dream come true for my celebrity obsessed wife!!
Who wouldn't want to be treated like a star? And meet the stars? Obviously not appealing to the regular Joe -- but beats a Rock and Roll fantasy camp -

This is great -- there would be no other way for me to meet all those celebrities - and walk down the red carpet!!!!!

You don't have to be a rocket scientest to realize better uses for that $20,000; the HUMANE SOCIETY, for example.

Only imature wanna be's would consider thia a good deal. If I have to pay to meet a so called celebrity, forget it. Remember, they are only people not God. Get excited about meeting God not over painted, over paid, spoiled people. I read your comments and felt sorry for you. You must not have a life.

Weak. First, It's the Bel Air Hotel or L'Ermitage you want to stay at. Or if you're edgy and want to see Tim Burton and his crowd, Chateau Marmont. Next, Buying a seat at these charitable events run about $250.00 - 400.00 average, and once you do your name hits the database for future events. For dinners, secure a table at Morton's on Thursdays, or the Grill any week day for lunch. Total cost? Maybe 5 grand......maybe!
Transportation? Budget has a luxury division just for L.A. .....secure a driver from a temp agency! Now THAT'S L.A. !

This would be an awesome experience for any movie or tv lover! Pick me!, pick me!

What does the humane society have to do w/a $20,000 fantasy? NOT rocket science..NC..human nature. Sounds fun. If I had the money to burn I would. Oh, with a nice donation to PETA................

Pay $20,000 to act like a total idiot?
If someone was the least bit creative you could do a low budget movie for that price and maybe have a chance to be a real idiot.

Seems like a packed weekend with great stuff - I believe this charity you could only get in if buy a table -- and to make your own screen test --- AMAZING Plus walk down the red carpet!! And be part of a celebrity poker tournament -- my husband will flip. These are things I could never do on my own for twice the price -- hey, sacrifice a cruise or 2 and I might be able to swing it -- it's worth for a once-in-a-lifetime deal -- my friends will be jealous!!(How much is that worth!!)
Amy May 13th 2006 7:09PM
You know for ever person who has something negative to say about the experience and what a waste it was... WHY DID YOU BOTHER READING IT !! I mean seriously, if it was of no interest to you, why read it ??? Grow up and stop playing childish games personaly attacking those who do not share the same views as you.
JB May 13th 2006 7:12PM
It's obviously for people who want and can afford to have the best -- sounds amazing. Most charities require you to buy a table -- and don't have celebrities sitting WITH YOU! And I don't know any way for ME TO ACTUALLY WALK DOWN A RED CARPET. And make a screen test at a studio!!!! My husband would flip to be in a celebrity poker tournament. Price is high -- but worth it -- maybe skip a cruise or 2 and we can swing it. My friends would be so jealous -- that would be worth it alone. LOL!

It sounds pretty cool, plus you are donating to charity with that dinner they have. Talk about a nice Mother's Day present!

Guess what Mom? You're going to Hollywood!!!!
