Invisible Book Shelf
These bookshelves are shelving and wall art in one. They seem to work by clamping onto the bottom book, securing it into place so that other books can be stacked on top of it, rendering the shelf completely invisible. If your book collection consists of a lot of paperback mystery novels, this may not be the optimal shelving because the display is much more appealing with hardback books. If your decor tends more towards minimalism, or if you already have stacks of display-worthy tomes, this unique design option may be one you want to consider. The shelf can support a weight of up to 15 pounds. Price: 18€

Duke is saying you can simply pick up a shelf bracket support at Home Depot, and flip it upside down. I believe most of the cost of the cribcandy version is for the "idea". =)
