Palmetto Bluff

Palmetto Bluff is a more than just another development. It's an entire community in Bluffton, South Carolina. The 20,000-acre, master planned residential community and conservation preserve is anchored by the Inn at Palmetto Bluff which is managed by Auberge Resorts.
The area started out as plantations and eventually became a hunting retreat for the wealthy. The community village was inspired by scenic getaways like Aspen and Nantucket and includes a post office, fitness center, village chapel, community dock, offices and a bookstore/bakery. The May River Golf Club is a Jack Nicklaus signature course, which snakes through the May River Forest and has several riverfront holes. The development includes several residential neighborhoods ranging from multi-million dollar compounds to smaller upscale single family lots. They recently started selling a new bunch of village homes which are adjacent to the first fairway of the May River Golf Club and the Sports Campus which are priced from $950,000 to $1,300,000.
The Inn at Palmetto Bluff is offering a Mother's Day package that includes cottage accommodation and breakfast in bed or at the River House Dining Room. Guest cottages are available for $600 per night and cottage suites cost $800 per night based on double occupancy.
