Nakheel and the Trump Organization
are
showing off the new design
for the Trump International Hotel and Tower at the The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. When the project was first announced
back in October they showed off a golden building that was to resemble a palm seed. The new design is much more modern,
a split linked tower of steel, glass and stone. The $600 million project is 48 stories and sits at the trunk of the
floating palm tree of the Palm Jumeirah. The new design also allows views through the tower's open space. The older
design is shown after the jump. What do you think, is it an upgrade or not?

For a man with no real taste, both designs are fitting tributes.

Trumo still hasn't even started the building process for his tower in Tampa, FL. I would have to say that if it's going to look anything like the one I just saw here, then Tampa is about to become the 1st city with a futuristic builing like that in all of Florida.

I really like the new design, it will go with the Dubai skyline much better than the old golden egg. I think that the fact that they can see through the building now is really classy too.

Everything that Trump touches is first-class, from his condo hotels in Ft. Lauderdale, Chicago and Toronto to this condo hotel planned for Dubai. My company, which specializes in selling condo hotels, has the highest regard for the unmatched quality of his projects and his organization. We proudly feature his properties on our website www.CondoHotelCenter.com and look forward to featuring this upcoming project in Dubai on our website www.CondoHotelsDubai.com.

Looks pretty neat, anyone know if this is out og the preconstruction phase? If it's not I'll write a review at my site www.yaerd.org
Did anyone here about the trump developments in Las Vegas?
