Not a federal grant? You know how they love to waste money on surveys. Perhaps Fox news could have an opinion poll (who do they ask anyway? I can't believe 20'000 people answer their surveys about whatever irrelevant subect on the phone....I'll stop here, I don't want to start discrediting Fox)
