We first mentioned
this gorgeous sailing yacht, Phocea, last year when she had a
crash off the coast of Sardinia. She went
through a refit this year and is now on the market. The 246-foot yacht has has an owner's suite (which is on the main
deck), VIP guest suite and four other cabins. She was originally built in 1967. She can hit a crusing speed of 12
knots under power and 20 knots under sail and comes with a couple of tenders and two Yamaha waverunners. She is for sale
