How about some new and innovative outdoor furniture for the other 95% of the population.
Dave Apr 27th 2006 10:26AM
Which planet is this furniture for? Uranus maybe.
nancy Apr 27th 2006 10:37AM
WHAT THE HECK I WANT A LOT CHEAPER FURNITURE THAN ANYTHING I SEE HERE, IS THIS THE REAL WORLD STUFF, WHO WOULD BUY THIS EXPENSIVE FUNNY LOOKING CRAP?
ann+ Apr 27th 2006 11:34AM
Nobody would buy this stuff only if they were really rich. What about to those people who can afford this stuff we want nice things to but cheaper.
Lawrence Smith Apr 27th 2006 11:37AM
The looks and the cost of this furniture, makes it easy for it(the Furniture)to stay right where it is ,,On somebodys web site and NOT,I say again,NOT in someones home,I pity the fool that would show this junk,But I have more pity for the fool that buys it!!!!!
Tammy Apr 27th 2006 11:42AM
Ummm...Yeah....I think I'll stick to my Wal-Mart/K-Mart type patio stuff. I don't have to dip into my kid's college fund to buy it!!
Laura Apr 27th 2006 11:45AM
There are some good looking things shown. Would love to think I could afford all of them. Thanks for sharing.

The greedy idiot who pays that kind of money has got to be really full of himself/herself. For that kind of money you can provide a great x-mas for needy children or help a senior center assist the elderly in getting meds, or even buy a car and get someone off welfare so they can get to work.
I am a real person, we provide basics and a few extras for our family but we always share with someone in need before we would consider such spending...
and as far as looks........ what planet or underworld did that stuff come from?
Susan Apr 27th 2006 11:47AM
It's "The Emperor's New Furniture" for those fools who buy into it.
kathryn Apr 27th 2006 11:52AM
Looks great if your in Hollywood and have to impress your neighbors, other than that $300 nite lites and $2500 chairs for the back yard or beach are a little out of reach for 99% of the population. But thanks for sharing with us what most simply can't afford.
kaycee Apr 27th 2006 11:52AM
you've got to be kidding me - i wouldn't spend this kind of money in my indoor furniture!
Steve Kramer Apr 27th 2006 12:01PM
Who needs this stuff at these prices? Most rich people are rich because they spend and save their money wisely, not waste it on stuff like this. I'll stick to redneck quality and pricing for my outdoor needs. Wal-mart, for example, probably has something similar at a much lower price. I wonder if you get free shipping?
ashleigh Apr 27th 2006 12:23PM
Ok well the capsule is a bit much,But the rest of the stuff doesn't look to outrageous to me. As long as it is durable and long lasting. I would rather buy great quality furniture once, rather than cheap stuff every year.
Bill Caswell Apr 27th 2006 12:25PM
Wow, what a great bunch of jealous Americans. You can't afford it, so you tear it down. Those of us who can afford it would never invite the likes of you to our parties anyway...ciao darlings...
M. Chetkof Apr 27th 2006 12:34PM
These prices are ridiculous. If I was a millionaire and had money to burn, maybe I would consider a few things. Actually...even then I don't think I would because I don't particularly like a lot of the styles.
annie Apr 27th 2006 12:45PM
Hey, I think that some of this stuff is pretty nice, whether or not I can afford it. I can admire and appreciate great works of art without being able to buy it (few people who purchase this furniture could afford to buy the Mona Lisa, for example...) And I suspect that this innovative and unusual furniture was manufactured for decent wages in some Western country and not by slave labour in China.
Barbara Apr 27th 2006 12:46PM
What a bunch of crabby, poor pitiful me, people. I could never afford any of these things, but how fun to dream about it. Don't forget to dream.
vicki Apr 27th 2006 1:00PM
Some of these are good designs, more like art. Expensive doesn't automatically mean good. The fire ring, carafe and ceramic pot, not my taste. Lounge and led pots, I can build them myself. The glow in the dark? Please don't invite me to your party. PS Just because people can afford this stuff doesn't mean they would buy it and those that buy doesn't mean they have taste.
Stephanie Apr 27th 2006 1:05PM
I wonder if the glow in the dark funiture attracts
mosquitos?
Tammy Apr 27th 2006 1:22PM
Ya know, I just thought about this for a minute, and with the price of gasoline the way it is and the projected outlook of increasing prices this summer, I really don't think I'll be buying any "extras" this summer at all. Especially not at these extravagent prices! I have several projects in the works to brighten the yard --welding older objects into fire pits & sculptures (I saw the idea in a magazine) and creating a bench & chair with branches & logs that weren't burned from the wood pile this year(again, from a gardening magazine). Whole thing will only cost little more than $30 and some personal time well spent creating!!
