Godin Stoves

It's not quite as pricey as the La Cornue but Godin, another French company, makes ranges that have a similar look and durability. The Godin overs offer multifunction/convection electric ovens, programmable electronic timers and warming drawers. There are also range hoods to match. There are two front "super rapide" burners which offer up to 17,500 BTUs of scorching head.  The version shown here has 24K gold-plated trim which never needs polishing. Prices range from $7,500 to over $12,000 for cookers and from $2,500 to $4,100 for hoods.
