this figure seems to be a lot but believe me soon some cities in India and China will pass Boston in terms of value of real estates (http://www.southasiabiz.com/real_estate/).
I like the architectural design of this place and the modern facilities like " granite counters and each residence is pre-wired for video, data and telecommunications, including high speed broadband internet access" are too cool.
