Did anyone else think this was a totally bogus list? You're telling me that in all of Asia, Africa and South America, not one of them has a restaurant in the top 20? This might be just a little White-centric

French Laundry was tops in the U.S. at number FOUR and Thomas Keller's New York restaurant Per Se ranked eighth.
