The island has a grass airstrip, a dock and a partial breakwater. There is a log home suitable for a caretaker or as a place to stay while your own grand manse is under construction. The island has views of the Rosario Strait, the Olympic Mountains, and the Strait of Juan De Fuca. It is listed at $25 million.

A Fantasy island to be sure. I'd replant the landing strip though and use a helicopter instead of a plane. The islands off the coast of WA and BC are just beautiful.
