Lenders Want Don Johnson To Sell His Ranch
Real estate woes for
actor Don Johnson. A New-York-based lending company has filed a motion to sell
Johnson's 17-acre Woody Creek Colorado ranch because he hasn't paid on a $10.6 million note. Johnson's
publicist has said that the filing will be withdrawn. In 2004, Johnson put the ranch on the market for $21 million and then
refinanced it in order to pay off a variety of creditors including a local liquor store, drug store and Aspen Valley
Hospital.
