I'm a bit surprised by the price a 1000-2000 acre ranch in here in Steamboat Springs will go for $10-20 million so I would have thought a ranch on prime coastal property in California would go higher. I wonder if they are just bumping up against whatanyone would spend on a piece of land and it would be hard to develop. In this case I would recommend splitting it into a few large ranches and making it more accessible to buyers while increasing the owners returns.

Marabou Ranch Steamboat
