Currently listed by Daniel Gale, the agent who has listed so many of our faves including Northwood and Kenjockety, this relatively new mansion has Napa style in an East Coast setting. The house was finished in 2000 and has six bedrooms over 9,600 square feet. The property also has a pool, barn and paddock. The land with plenty of open fields and woodlands, has "partitioning potential" for the would-be developer. It's got a great looking wine cellar but otherwise the design is a bit ordinary.
