Morning News has a story on Cresta Bella, a luxury condo building in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas. The 22-story
build has 55 estate homes with custom floor plans available. Amenities include a nature preserve, a dog park where dogs
can run free, a private spa and salon, two fitness areas and a 60-foot, vanishing-edge pool with a nine-foot waterfall
and arching cannon jets surrounded by a flagstone terrace. Cresta Bella is staffed and managed by the Mansion on Turtle
Creek hotel and residents will have a Mansion house account, which allows homeowners to dine in the
Mansion’s restaurant and bar, or order room service. The Mansion’s concierge staff, housekeeping,
valet and laundry services are also all available to residents. All residences have unobstructed views of the Dallas
skyline. The units range from
2,600 to over 13,000
square feet and prices are from $1 million to $11 million.
