No doubt it will sell well and sell out as similar raceway projects in other parts of the country have.<br><br>Everyone keeps overlooking that the proximity to Nellis Air Force Base and the original speedway zoning agreement of no residential are going to be tough to deal with. You can buy off (er, donate to the political campaigns) of local officials who may have influence on zoning changes.<br><br>But the military holds a tough line on encroachment. A Turnberry project in Destin, Florida was only allowed to go through once they significantly reduced the height of the building to meet local base concerns. While bases are being closed in other parts of the country, Nellis is noted as vital to the mission of the military.<br><br>Will be an interesting one to watch.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Ted "Mr. Las Vegas Shows" Newkirk]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Mar 11th 2006 11:04PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
